We recommend booking at least 2-3 days in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons (summer months and holidays). Last-minute requests can often be accommodated—reach out and we'll do our best!
Our booking includes delivery, setup, and pickup within Cork City & County, all sauna equipment, towels, and initial firewood (for wood-fired saunas). We also provide a brief orientation on how to use the sauna safely.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before your scheduled booking. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 50% charge. Weather-related cancellations on the day are fully refundable.
Yes! If you'd like to extend your session while the sauna is still on-site, just let us know and we can arrange it subject to availability. Additional hourly rates will apply.
